Christian music blaring in the hallways was an interesting choice, but it made sense after my appointment. She didn’t say anything directly that indicated judgment persay, but it didn’t feel right. It all came together when I received a handout about vaginal health care with my birth control prescription. There is a line ‘condoms are your best friend. No sex is better. JESUS is the best.’ This might comfort some, but this is offputing to me & I was shocked a doctor would put that on a handout.
Dr Scott is very easy to talk with, she is compassionate and stern when it comes to taking care of yourself. She performed surgery on me and has a great bedside manner. The staff is polite and courteous for the most part. She is my very first female gynecologist and I'm happy to have her as my doctor.
First time visiting, from start to finish I had the feeling like I shouldn't have gone, one of the worst experiences I've had at a doctors office, and I've had many. The receptionist are extremely rude and make rude gestures, the doctor herself isn't very personable, and spoke so fast you could hardly understand what she was saying. I will definitely be looking for a new doctor.
The doctor rushed the whole process. She started giving me a stale as attitude when I told her I was sexually active. I'm not surprise since she is a pastor. She needs another career if shes going to judge her patients. She didn't go over my test results or prescription . THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST went over my prescription with me ... Her nurses was very sweet but her and her receptionists was unprofessional and rude. 25 dollars isn't alot for a doctor appointment but they dont deserve a penny.
It is with much regret that I must write a negative review regarding my experience with Dr. Scott-Miller's office but I have never felt more disrespected and unaccommodated ever with a physician's office and staff. Today I experienced being totally disregarded, disrespected and dismissed by Dr. Scott Miller's office manager Alecia. Alecia was extremely rude and over talked me today over the phone AND she hung the phone up on me when she could not resolve my issue. Alecia was rude; disappointed
