Love Love Love Linda Bernard APN that works with my fathers PCP, Dr. Scott Yen.....but absolutely horrible experience trying to get anyone on the phone in this office. I have been on hold for 42 minutes (working at desk while waiting). Someone did answer only to ask me to wait one minute, she was finishing up with a patient, and that was 10 minutes ago. Good thing this isn't an emergency. This is NOT the first time the wait has been lengthy...every time I call.
