In the process of buying my new Ram, I vacillated back and forth several times, asked a lot of questions and negotiated hard. The staff was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. I don't think anyone really walks out of a dealership 100% confident they got a better deal than the dealership, but I was very satisfied with my deal.
