Took my ram in to get the heated mirrors looked at and the back window fixed (it leaks). Refused to give me a loaner even though my warranty covers it. Refused to keep me updated and I ended up leaving with a $300+ bill and nothing got fixed. Just $300 down the drain for "diagnostic". Edit 1. I did approve the brake light to be replaced, don't forget to mention I had go bring it back because you guys diagnosed it wrong and didn't fix it. 2. And my warranty does cover loner/ rental.
