I love dr Wilson ! He cares and listens to you as if you’re his only patient He’s very thoughtful and thorough ! However , the office staff hardly answers the phone .. my biggest frustration is getting through to the staff . I only put up with it because I love the doctor
My sister, a 25 year patient has only saw Dr. Wilson 2x. Can't even tell you what he looks like. Cumberland office is a mess. After waiting for 1.5 hours we walked out. Starting over at age 62 with new doc.
12/29/21 My husband has never once seen Dr.Wilson in the couple of years he's been a patient there he's always seen a nurse practioner, not by his choice. Trying to get ahold of them by phone is absolutely awful nobody answers the phone it goes to voice mail and nobody calls back. If you need a referral good luck trying to get it sent or talk to a person to send it.
Dr Wilson's office has always been very professional with me. He goes over all the tests I ask him about and schedules any appointment with any other outside specialist.I highly recommend.
