I want to thank Mr. Hanssler and his staff for making me feel comfortable and not like just another client. He went over every step with me and left no questions unanswered. I would absolutely recommend him and his office to my family and friends.
We put down $400 to retain this idiot's (Scott Hanssler) services, but then decided not to file our case. Steve Spencer confirmed with me that the $400 would be refunded, and after hounding them for what they confirmed would be refunded, we received $300 back. When we called to ask why it was short $100, we got no return calls and when I actually did get Steve Spencer on the phone it was the same runaround about how "he had to talk to Scott."
