Disastrous experience! - I chose this salon because of the many positive reviews - but it turns out most of them are fake, so beware. Ashley who took care of me was so experienced that she had to ask her daddy (the salon owner) on how to do my highlights - I had asked for subtle so that it isn't obvious when they outgrow, her thought was to use bleach....
