Review/Complaint: I arrived at Scott & White Labor & Delivery at 8:00 a.m. and was told they were full, but that I would be seen once a room was available. My vitals were taken, and I sat waiting while hours went by 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 without being called back. During that time, I watched two other patients who came in after me, not in visible pain, both white, be admitted immediately. I had wonderful teams caring for me. Vida, Keane, Doris, Lisa , Andi and all others. I surely appreciate their support. The food on the other hand needs some real overhaul.

Went in for the delivery of my child in August. Staff was super helpful, kind, caring. Answered all the questions I had and was able to support me in any way possible. Only down side which isn’t even that bad was the food they make at the hospital doesn’t taste all that great. My breakfast smelt like it was heated up in plastic and had that taste to it.
