Surgery team, amazing. Day and Night RN, amazing. OT, amazing. The guy who administered my CT and dropped me after surgery, horrible. The RNA's, horrible, they were more concerned with their cellphones and gossip instead of assisting me with movements just coming out of surgery.
I am an insurance agent and am frequently shocked at how BS&W in disregard of the wellbeing of the community continues to drop insurance carriers in favor of keeping money in house with their own plans. This forces people to find doctors outside of BS&W or switch insurance, if they are able to. Beware it could happen to you.
