BEN is seriously the best worker they got. When I tell you every single week of the year he is going above and beyond, I mean that. I have lived here for 9 years and I can tell if ben got the trash or someone else. If you have cans all over the place and trash left ,I promise you ben didnt get your trash. Also hes so nice and down to earth. When my kids were little he made sure to wave 👋 or say good morning every time they watched with excitement as he got the trash. Hes such a great person.
We really appreciate all the hard work that the Scott Waste team puts into our local pick up. The receptionist is always super friendly when we call and the website with the new schedule is so nice to refer to. Our driver Ben is so jolly and always takes the time to help. It’s wonderful to see someone who excels in their work and blesses those they meet. Ben even takes the time to give our dog treats and a Christmas card through the holiday season. Our new route driver is great I hope we get to keep him around here for a very long time.
I called May 20th for a mattress pick, lady said put it on the curb and they will pick it up in one to eight business days. It’s been 14 days and the mattress is still on the curb! One of the worse trash company’s in BG!!
