The new owner could benefit from investing in some "Aloha" classes. She doesnt seem to have a passion for "taking care" of Hawaii's people. She is simply in business to make money. Its difficult to see a practice that Dr Wardwell built yet, not respected. The content of the new owner does not align with values of Aloha or being Pono. So disheartening. So disappointed.
I’ve read and heard so many great things about this practice, but they never answer or return my calls. It’s been so many weeks. Communication is important.
I've never felt more comfortable at the dentist than I do at Dr. Wardwell's. I've been going for 2 years now and love everyone in the office. From the front desk to the hygienist and doctor visit, everyone is welcoming, genuinely friendly, and caring. They take the time to truly listen and address your concerns. Dr.Wardwell and all of his office staff are all so kind and caring! The moment you step into the office, you feel very welcome. I have a clenching problem, which has caused me to crack one of my tooth and some TMJ pain. Dr.Wardwell made me a night guard to help prevent more damage and it has really helped me a lot! Dr. Scott and his office staff are truly the best people around. Everyone has an excellent bedside manner, making you feel comfortable during your visit. Another plus is how clean and tidy the office is; they have a great playlist going while you sit in the chair. Leesa is understanding and accommodating regarding scheduling.
