Working with Scott and Alex was a great experience. Our situation was a bit particular because it was the first time selling a house, and we live abroad. Both Scott and Alex were very diligent in walking us through the process, communicating frequently to helping us stay ahead so that we didn't have to scramble. Scott Ward made selling the house extremely easy and fast. He previously sold properties on the block and lived two blocks away. He’s easy going, generally getting everything done and went to bat for me with the roofer who the building inspector found issues with the flashing. He also called the Electrician who conveniently had no record of doing any work at the property.
