Arrogant and condescending. I should have heeded the reviews. Don’t waste your time like I did.
Not impressed. I have never been to a Doctor that seems annoyed by advising him or her of symptoms. Seemed irritated that I actually had information to give. Also said I was indicating the pain in my knee was different than last time which is also what he said on the second visit. How much room is on my knee to make these statements. Than asked what PT had me do and told me to so something different. Not sure why I bothered going to PT if he could have told me what to do. Will not return
He takes his time with his patients, he's very informative, and a great surgeon you can't even tell I had surgery on my hand, and next week having my knee surgery done. I like a dr who is there to inform, treat, and advise, not trying to be my buddy, he's professional that's what I look for in a dr.
Waller performed emergency surgery. I asked questions about my son's condition and why he was exp. things in the hospital the nursing staff indicated was unusual. When we went to Waller's office he told me that the office had BETS that I would call over the weekend! When asked about his stitches I was asked IF I WAS GOING TO MEDICAL SCHOOL! This doctor doesn't like to be asked questions. Any doctor intimidated by questions shouldn't be seen. I transferred to another group immediately.
