The crack team from Scott Walker Audio (Josh Doyle, National Sales Manager and owner Scott Walker himself,) just left my home where they personally set up and dialed in my new audio system. This culminates a three year long process during which Josh and Scott assisted me in selecting my dream system from SWA's extensive array of high end hi-fi products. They also provided me with critical advice in the design of my state of the art listening room. The end result sounds amazing -even better than I expected.
I recently purchased a pair of used loudspeakers from Scott Walker Audio and had a terrific experience. Excellent communication, quick transaction, the speakers arrived exactly as described, and they even followed up to confirm that there were no issues in transit having been shipped across the country. Would heartily recommend them and do business with them again.
Josh (National Sales Manager) is considerate, professional and impressively knowledgeable. I live in NYC but prefer to work w/ Josh and Scott Walker Audio. Highly recommend.
