Great place for hearing aids.
I have been seeing Doctor Franklin for a number of years. If you are looking for thoughtful, conservative treatment, Dr. Franklin is your doctor. He’s treated me for allergies, and temporary hearing loss. His office personnel handle themselves professionally at all times.
Every time I go to Dr. Franklin’s office, I immediately feel comfortable. I needed to get new hearing aids recently, so I feel like I’m back in Kindergarten learning how to use them and get used to them. Dr. Franklin’s team is excellent about staying very involved with every step I take. Specifically, Abeda is WONDERFUL! She is comforting, patient, very focused, clear with her explanations, always has an answer or solution, is very efficient, and very reassuring! Abeda makes me VERY glad I found Dr. Franklin!
