I called to see if I could get my sick daughter in to get her ears drained from and ear infection and the receptionist was not very accomidatintg. She seemed like she wasn't too concerned about helping or figuring out a time when the doctor could squeeze her in between appointments to help out a very sick little girl right before the Christmas holiday. Now I have to go to a regular doctor and get her on anit-biotics right away. I'm very dissappointed and NOT impressed.
