I was able to easily schedule a tour of the property, only to show up the day of and no one was in the leasing office. We only got inside because an Amazon driver let us in. We waited in the lounge area for half an hour. No one was in the leasing office, and I could not get a hold of anyone via email or phone. It's been 1 week and I never received a follow-up or any explanation.

I've lived at the Scott Villa Apartments for around six months now, but I've been familiar with the complex since 2019. When I first moved to LA, I visited friends who lived here and envied their amazing apartment with high vaulted ceilings, a balcony, central AC, an in-unit washer and drier, and beautiful common areas. I have been living in this apartment for 5 years and experienced three different managing team; by comparison, the current Management team is much better than the previous one. I experienced serious roach infestation issues during pandemic period and reported it to the previous management team, and they told me that they didn't do pest control and asked me to take care of the issue myself.
