Dr. Uttley is not only professional but very personable and caring. He has cared for each of my elderly parents, and always mentions them, even though they've now passed. He has been my Eye Doctor for over 20 years. He also asks about my grandson who he referred to the Mayo Clinic for diagnosis/reason for cataracts at age 11. Diagnosis: type 1 Diabetes. We will forever be grateful for the referral and our grandson is doing well despite the challenges. To us Dr. Uttley is THE MN Top Doctor!
