Felicia was great to work with. She was super friendly and kept me in the loop the whole time. I definitely recommend this place if you need RV repairs done right.
The service was exceptional. They were quick to respond and schedule us an appointment, provided great service and advice, and were so kind. This is a great family run business.
From the day I received the call back from the message I left I knew that their service was going to be very good. I had left messages with 3 places and the promptness at which Felicia responded was awesome compared to the others. The communication from her was the best. Mike was very helpful and his knowledge about trailers in general was what I needed. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my trailer needs. And I will tell others too.
I’ve been struggling for the better part of 2 years with intermittent exterior lights on my boat trailer….and have already been to 3 repair shops and my GMC Dealer. After hearing a great story about Scott trailers I gave them a shot. With their hands on knowledge of actual trailer manufacturing, I felt this was my best chance. I was right!
