I’ve been struggling for the better part of 2 years with intermittent exterior lights on my boat trailer….and have already been to 3 repair shops and my GMC Dealer. After hearing a great story about Scott trailers I gave them a shot. With their hands on knowledge of actual trailer manufacturing, I felt this was my best chance. I was right! This team goes above and beyond. They don't do mobile service unfortunately which is what I had needed at the time but they listened and help to troubleshoot my issues and even called me back to see how things were going. Soon as winter is over and my rv is mobile again I will be heading into their shop for all my service needs.
The folks at Scott Trailers are some of the good guys! Talking with Mike it is highly apparent that he knows his stuff, understandable from the decades of manufacturing experience. Looking at some their on-going build projects whilst I was there, it's clear they pride themselves on producing a quality build and not cut corners.
