Dr. Tong is so helpful and informative, I definitely recommend him. I have been seeing him for a couple of years and recently came in for an emergency appointment and he was amazing, ad far as reaching out to specialists to see if they could see me the same day.

I’m extremely disappointed with the care, or lack thereof, I received from this doctor. On two separate occasions, I was charged for things that were never clearly explained to me. The first time, I was told I "needed a test" with no mention that it wouldn’t be covered by insurance. It felt like a bait-and-switch once the bill came. The most recent visit was even more frustrating: the doctor briefly touched my hip and somehow billed it as a full-body exam. That exam never happened. Didn't listen at all and didn't give a complete yearly exam. The office let me switch doctors who did an actual exam. Awful doctor who will not listen to you. Seemed too busy to actually attend to me.
