Scott was unprofessional, and as he was working on my HVAC system, he kept saying how much he hated the President of the United States. Not only was this unprofessional, he failed to fix my AC unit, and I had to bring in another company to not only fix the AC, but undo the massive damage that Scott had done.
Scott just left our house and after a weekend in the sweltering heat, I am so grateful. He was literally HALF the cost! He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST!! The house is cooling down already. Thank you, Scott Thatcher! You have our business from now on!
My AC stopped working over the weekend. I tried calling same day heating and air but was scheduled for the following week. Luckily I remembered I had Scott's number in my phone somewhere. Called him up and he was at my place within 20 mins. 30 mins later my capacitor was replaced and my AC was up and running again within one hour of calling Scott. There was no up selling or pressure.
