I received five bids to replace my HVAC unit over a year ago. I chose Scott Temperature because they listened to what I wanted and helped me determine what was going to be best for my needs. Sarah Jane and her entire crew were excellent. I waited over a year to write this review because I wanted see if the system was going to be everything I wanted. It exceeded my expectations. We had a good experience with Scott Temperature replacing our entire heating and cooling system with a more energy efficient Lennox system. An energy audit with Scott Temperature before we made our hardware choices helped immensely. We are very pleased that we went with Scott Temperature for the Lennox upgrade.
Had a concern with our AC unit on an exceptionally hot day. Scott Temperature was able to get us worked in the same day, quickly able to diagnose the issue and get a part ordered. Couldn't have been more impressed with the tech Devin, had extra time on the service call and offered to clean the outside AC condenser for no additional charge to make use of the remaining time. Part came in quickly and replaced within a day. Very reasonable price and very honest business practices. Will use again for any and all issues.
I used Scott Temperature for the first time today at my residence. The air conditioner was acting up, when it was 95 degrees outside. I could not be more impressed. They fit us into their busy schedule, sent a very knowledgeable serviceman, and the cost was very reasonable. I run a retail store; and I going to switch the store to using Scott also. The gained 2 new customers from one trip.
Are AC unit was leaking in our basement and they were able to come out a few hours after I called. Devin was our Tech and found the issue, and was quick to get it back up and running for us. He was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Scott Temp!
