This agency is a hot mess. When I purchased a policy, they sent inaccurate information to underwriting, which caused someone else's claim history to be attached to mine. State Farm cancelled one of my policies because of that. It took days for me to get anyone from this office to even speak to me, and then they just said they couldn't do anything.
