Excellent care. Walked in without an appointment and was treated with the best professional attention I could have hoped for. In and out in less than 1 hour.
As far as walk in clinics go, these guys are great and one of the best in St. Catherines area. Most walk in clinic doctors do not really care and they just do only one problem at a time and forget about you as soon as you leave. Every time that I have come to the clinic the Doctors remember my last visit and they actually LISTEN to you to help you solve your issue.
Ran out of my SSRI asked for refill. unable to make it in with current hours. When I signed up I did because they had hours around my work and did phone calls, which are no longer available. Asked staff to ask dr if she could just give me a refill for now because I am on the max dose of a SSRI and it can be Detrimental to my health to just stop taking it, and she said that’s fine I can just stop taking it, it won’t hurt me. A very unprofessional and poor medical assistant Wendy. As a patient I would expect at the very least more professionalism, and better treatment.
