I was dealing with the recent deaths of my sister and my husband, one right after the other. Both were long, difficult and traumatizing. There were also other family losses before them leaving my son as my only living relative. As a result of all the family deaths I inherited two houses. Scott is great. We moved out of state and he took care of everything for us. He has a wonderful staff to assist and they are great also. They even sent a notary to us for all documents that needed to be signed. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his crew to take care of you. We got full asking price for our listing and he was instrumental in all aspects of the sale.

Wow, I cannot thank Scott Stollar enough! We were nervous about selling our home but Scott put all our fears to rest. We really needed a calm and knowledgeable presence and he was it! He really knew the area we lived in (Carlsbad) and was able to guide us toward the best time to sell and get the most for our home.
