I have been doing business with Scott Stevens Tire since the business started. I have always had a very pleasant experience with them and when they do something for me I leave and have no worries that it is right. Yesterday I had my tires rotated and balanced, my oil changed and my brakes and rotors replaced. I highly recommend them.
Simply put, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Customer Service is superb!
Excellent customer service at Scott Stevens Tire! Friendly staff and new (very reasonably priced)set of tires on my vehicle in just a few hours!! There must have been 20 cars ahead of mine when I scrambled into their shop at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. I had no worries when I saw how quickly and efficiently the staff worked. Each customer was treated like they were family/friends, including me- a first time customer!!! If you're shopping for tires, it's the place to buy!!
I just had my first experience with these guys, and it was awesome! They quoted the set of tires I wanted way under what the competition quoted. They did an awesome job keeping me informed of any other issues they found with the truck. I got new tires and some additional work done, and it was still less than the tire quote from the competitors. I will definitely be back.

Today I realized I had a huge nail/screw type thing protruding out of my tire. At lunch I went by a tire place in Dothan that told me I would have to wait an hour or leave my vehicle and they would let me know the cost. I decided to go with my better judgment and take it by Scott Stevens Tire when I got off work. Not only did they fix my tire within 10 minutes but there was NO CHARGE!! You guys absolutely rock and have completely mastered customer service!!!
