My sister could not get an appointment with Dr. Steinguard he would always be too busy. He had a doctor that helped him out there named Milissa Cooper. My sister kept getting stuck with her and she was treating her for acid reflux for the longest time, approximately 9 months. My Sister went and had an esophageal endoscopy and nothing significant was found and the G.I. doctor said you better clean up your diet but the problem is that her diet was already squeaky clean. Absolutely terrible with communication or following through with anything. Their patients are obviously just a number and a paycheck to them, nothing more. Everything went downhill after they sold their practice. Look elsewhere if you want quality care from an efficient and compassionate medical team.
I’ve been going here for YEARS. I usually see Tiffany Tapia, she is the best doctor I’ve had. Highly recommend this place. The vibes are amazing and everyone is so patient and sweet.
I absolutely loved working with Dr. Jason H. Turner! Professional, committed, compassionate, and attentive all describe his approach to his patients. So why, you may ask, am I giving a 1 star review? The rest of the Steingard Medical Group (or whatever they are calling themselves now) deserve zero stars! At some point last fall, Dr. Steingard and Dr. Cooper sold the practice to another company.
