I’ve been with this State Farm for a few years now and insure 2 vehicles. Great coverage, price and the employees are awesome! I recommend Shelby, she is great!
Had a bad customer service experience. The person who answered the call did not have the knowledge of the policy eligibility requirements. Had to reach out to them multiple times for the same service. Still waiting for the problem to be addressed.
Very happy with the customer service and quick response from this office. All my questions were addressed promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend giving them a call to compare services. Shelby was especially helpful and offered some additional services that I hadn’t thought of adding.
