I used State Farm for a jump start on my car a couple times since it was included on my coverage. Come the cold weather, I needed another jump start. I went to request the service but was unable to request it. I called their office and was informed that it was taken off because I used the service too much. I was not informed of the change and I was left unable to get to work. So much for *...a good neighbor.* On the bright side, my monthly bill is credited $1.25ish for the inconvenience.
