As senior citizens living in a 100+ year old home that was updated many years ago, we needed a new bathroom sink trap, drain cleaning, and a new shower valve for a shower installed in a converted pantry. Scott & Sons Plumbing LLC sent Logan, who was polite, careful, accommodating, and skilled. Once the very tricky setup and hard-to-reach valve pipes were exposed, he handled the plumbing work step by step and got everything fixed the right way. The price was fair and reasonable, and the whole job was completed very well.

We absolutely could not be happier with the plumbing service we got today when our old water heater finally gave out. We needed a same day water heater replacement, and within just a few hours the plumber had a brand new unit installed, the old tank removed, and our hot water fully running again. I first gave this plumbing service 2 stars, but after a follow-up visit I’m updating it to 5 stars. Please read the full review because the issue was handled in a very positive way. They originally came out for a leak under our kitchen sink. The plumbing repair needed a valve, and with our approval the plumber installed six new shutoff valves to help prevent more leaks later. When contacting Scott & Sons Plumbing LLC, you are greeted by a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable person. They listen carefully to your plumbing problem and send the right technician for the job. They also help set a convenient time for the visit and get the work scheduled quickly.
