We had requested a quote and Mr. ***** was very willing to help us with our options. He needed to take a sample tile with him since our neighborhood required an exact match. He was not able to find a matching tile and never returned our original tile to us. Unfortunately, that was the only tile we had. Now we are stuck without our tile and it is an enormous hardship for us to try and find a matching tile. We are very disappointed and feel there was a serious lack of professionalism.

Met with representative in August 2020 and scheduled roof replacement for October. Original reason for job was that we had a leak that was showing through our living room ceiling. Since the replacement there has been no evidence of leakage. When we met with the representative he provided many options of materials and shingles, with no pressure to select the more expensive choices. DO NOT RECOMMEND ! Paid 900$ for 2 clear panels to be replaced and screws to be ran down the sides of the roof " as told to me by the roofer it needed " well several months later another roofing company was on the roof doing some work next door adjoin roof and come to tell me i had no screws run down the seem. I was surprised as i just paid scotts roofing for this . After calling them they acted like i waited to long to tell them and wasnt there problem . But guess what the other roofing people said they would run the screws... read more

This company takes advantage of folks. I received a quote with a work date attached and this company states they want $920.00 just to replace one sheet of plywood, T. paper, and shingles (that will not even match the existing). THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF FOLK. If this company charges $920.00 for a TINY job, can one even imagine how much a whole new roof would cost? Or, is this a scam to convince a homeowner to buy a whole new roof....maybe not needed!
