I took my son to see Dr Smith. He treated my son for a plantar wart on his toe. My son also had a discolored toenail and he misdiagnosed it as another plantar wart and removed the nail. The nail grew back—again discolored, so I took him to another podiatrist and it was correctly diagnosed as a mail fungus. As soon as I signed in, the office manager said nail removals are not covered in my insurance. That part is fine but I think he wanted to remove the nail for the money and not treat the problem. Anyway, don’t go here
