I have been seeing Scott Silverstein for over 20 years now. He has done 2 knee replacements on me, arthroscopic surgery on both knees, fixed my shoulder torn rotator, arthritis and one other junk in there. He’s always told me the truth even if it hurt, he’s a great doctor and surgeon. Would recommend him to anyone.
I had a partial knee replacement with Dr. Silverstein in 2020, and it was a terrible experience. The worst medical experience of my life. Having the surgery done in Northwest Hospital was a terrible mistake, and I ended up filing a formal complaint against the hospital for dreadful treatment by the nurses. Dr. Silverstein spent all of 30 seconds checking on me post-op in the hospital, and I sent him a copy of my Northwest Hospital complaint because I thought he would want the full story of what a terrible experience it was. ... read more
Check-in was smooth, and the wait time was short. I saw Dr. Silverstein within five minutes of being seated in a private room. He was very friendly, checked my injury, and he educated me on my diagnosis and prognosis. I left with all paperwork necessary for my work and PT visits, and confident that I would make a prompt recovery. Highly recommended!
