I have been a patient of Dr.Seo for about 13 years. I thought he was a terrific eye doctor and I had great respect for his expertise. I went to see him about 2 months after having non-cosmetic eyelid surgery. My vision was not the same post-op, being blurry and double. I called my surgeon twice but did not get a call back. I'm shocked that after raving about Dr. Seo for years he told me not to refer anyone to him, that his practice is full. He said, "Don't waste your breath". I hadn't been there for 2-3 years and needed an emergency visit for a foreign body. He said I was difficult and asked me not to come back. Every time I tried to speak he accused me of arguing with him. I don't understand what happened to Dr. Seo, he used to be a nice person. I guess success got to his head.
Dr. Seo is outstanding. His medical knowledge, experience and diligence is unsurpassed by any other doctor. And, his kind, compassionate and understanding style make every medical vist to his office a pleasant and medically productive activity. I highly recommend Dr. Seo.
It’s easy to see Dr. Seo is passionate about his job and his patients. He went above and beyond to refer my legally blind brother additional services for the blind when he was new to Connecticut.
