Dr. Seaman is wonderful! He is very caring and kind. He presented various options of treatment/surgery options to myself in a manner that was understood, then gave me the opportunity to think about the direction I wanted to take. I had a non-cancerous tumor larger than a golf ball pressing down on the brain which had several possible complications but pros/cons were presented. Sadly, I met Dr Seaman during an emergency room visit when I found myself in need of emergency cervical spine surgery. Dr Seaman spent time, explained everything to me and my family and the surgery went well. During follow up appts, I never felt rushed and he was great at breaking down all of my questions, clearly explaining all of the answers and what lies ahead. He was super compassionate and would recommend.
Poor bedside manor. He spoke down to me from the start treating inferior and unintelligent. He used very inappropriate colloquial phraes and slang that made him seem petty and inexperienced. Maybe he's a good doctor, but I'll not be taking that risk.
Dr Scott Seaman gave me my life back. I sustained an injury while being employed as a state employee at the Glenwood Resource Center as RTS through the state of Iowa.
