Nice place to live if you don't mind the conditions. No parking, dumpsters overflowing which causes garbage to be strewn everywhere and rodents around the dumpsters. The water comes out of the tap at 122°. Office never answers the phone and is never open. Rent increases every year as quality of living space goes down. Superintendent shows up to look at your problem, and leaves to never return. If I could give it -5 Stars I would.

Guess it Must depend on who you are. I enjoy living here Very much ! Friendly neighbors and the MGMT does their job . They take time to listen in order to replace/repair. Big rooms. Wooden floors. Parking on site. Safe, comfortable and easy to live here. Could Not be Happier here. Looking forward to living here 4ever !!
Very rude people. Especially the woman who is old. She is unprofessional, unhelpful, and simply does not know how to talk to people. They will try to cut as much as they can from your deposit. They will not answer phones, will keep delaying everything, will take forever to schedule a mere appointment. Do not rent a place from them if you have other options. Their houses are old.
