I had the worst experience today with this doctor Scott Schraff, office. First I waited 30 minutes after my appointment to get seen people that came in after me went in before me. My daughter is a month old I was taking her in to get this noise checked out that she was making when sleeping . When the doctor walked in the the room we were in, I told him what she was doing and before he could even close the door was saying it was this diagnosis, he didn't even look at my child, and wouldn't let me show him the videos that was ... read more
The Doc is amazing, stuff is the worst! They don’t answer the phone, its almost impossible to reach them and I have to go to the office each time I need to ask for aomething
Both of my kids have been seeing Dr Schraff for 2 years now. I have no issues with him or his personality because I am a nurse and am used to dealing with doctors like him. I called yesterday to get my daughter an appointment due to pain in her ear but they said they couldn't get her in for 6 days! And today his scheduling staff really ticked me off!!! If I could only give no stars! He rushed us through the office and told us our child was responding to sound and that if we needed to know more we would have to have him sedated. Then on the way out the door we get handed the graphs from hearing test audiologist did that day. Dr didn't go over them and explain them to us. They moved us through like a Mcdonalds drive thru. Well audiologist said our child had a "better hearing ear".....hmmmm? We would have loved to know this information from the Dr. That's what we came for! No... read more
