Overpriced. Cars with flat tires. Poor service. Will charge u 1000 for a loan and it won't come off the balance of the the car. Won't call you back when you call them about a vehicle.
There's nothing good to say about Scott's auto worst people to deal with pathetic lazy liars bought one vehicle from them it honestly has been a good truck.Have one on website no pictures asked 2 weeks ago if they could send me a few never heard back messaged again asking replied the guy who takes pictures isn't there Well how long would it take someone to get off there lazy fat ass walk outside take a few pictures and hit send any other dealership would have sent me a personalized video within minutes
I stopped here because they had a model of car I was interested in. Despite being the middle of the day and during their regular posted hours, the door was locked and no one answered. I attempted to call their phone number and emailed them as well with no reply. The car I was interested in had no price posted on it and their website didn't list the price either. I figured I'd delete my last review and write a new one every since they fixed my first problem it was great and now I can't even talk to Leah that has the answers to my questions I need to no I been calling for 2weeks or so and the lady work keeps saying she's not in or she's on other line just a excuse after another I called today 9/9/2024 20 min on hold they hung up called back she said can I put u on 5 min hold b4 I could even say anything 1 hour later was still on hold and it hung up now busy signal like always so idk t... read more
