We have had our family member at this facility for little over a week now and feel that this was the right decision. There is always something going on to keep the occupants busy and happy. Therapy twice a day every day, and the staff is excellent. Every need taken care of. Love all of the outdoor areas to gather and the animals all around are great too. From the turtle pond, the parakeets, the bunnies, and cats roaming around it is definitely a pet friendly place. I would highly recommend Health Central Park.

The first day my mom was there all of her clothes were stolen from her room at night. I was given the runaround. I contacted the facility director and he did not have decency to cobtact me back, had his assistant do it. There us a thief in this facility so lockup your belongings.
Overall the nurses and cna's are amazing but since i come here everyday i feel like they are not 100% prepared to answer questions about medications or to attend patients requests. The nurse that is in charge of my family member now is more interested in using his phone than to help the patients and when he comes to talk to the patient he is like "whats up". I can be wrong but that is not a way of being professional.
