Scott Rylan came to the rescue this Mother's Day weekend. We had a water heater leak suddenly appear and was flooding our floor. He answered the phone on a Saturday while eating dinner out of town. When he got back into town he came over to our house surprisingly quick. He was able to install some valves so we'd have water for the evening and early this morning he installed a new upgraded water heater and was very upfront about costs and recommended avenues of repairs. Had a stopped up toilet. They came, tried to snake it, decided it was in the sewer line and charged me $100 for being in my house for 5 minutes. BUT...he gave me a bargain since he would have charged $140 if he had cleared the clog.
Fast, efficient, reasonably priced service. John, the plumber who came to our house, was respectful, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He even took care of a couple of additional fixes we didn’t realize we needed until he arrived. Will definitely call them again the next time we need a plumber.
Great service and fast response. They had my water heater swapped out in no time. Very happy with the service and communication.
