I have comparing prices for my Egyptian rug. This place gave me the cheapest price. My rug had pet stains and urine smell, I got their odor eliminator service and it came out looking brand new and smelling great. Highly recommend Scott's.
You get quality service when you deal with Scott's. The process they use to clean the rugs are like no other in the area. I checked witht he BBB and there were no complaints before I used the company. They discussed all of my concerns I had with my rug so I knew what to expect. Excellent cleaning.
Had an 8x10 oriental cleaned. Had some dog urine spots in it, so I paid for it to be deodorized also. Cost me over $160 and other than the spots not smelling, the rug looked dirtier on edges than before it was sent in. Would never use again!
Dissatisfied. Recommend going else where. Lost rug in Jan, refuses to pay for the lost rug (it is now May). Was told that at least I will not have to pay for the rug cleaning. Lack basic customer service etiquette in returning phone calls this goes all the way up to the company owner.
Horrible Service! Absolutely Horrible Service!! I took a rug in to get cleaned and it came back $88.00 later for a 7 X 10 wool Qum rug more dirty than it was when I took it in. The lady running the place was krass and rude to my wife.
