Scott is incredible. We were looking for a lot (to begin with) in the Mendocino area and Scott would research everything on the market and make recommendations to us. The great thing with him is he knows everyone and many times knew the listing broker and/or was was familiar with the property. He was thorough and was very patient with our changing thoughts. Scott handled the sale of my aunt’s property in Albion. He always kept us informed of showings and interest in the property. He was very attentive and always responsive and an all-around good person. Multiple times he approached us with ideas to make the property visually more saleable. We called him numerous times when we had questions and he would always make himself available. In a nutshell, we highly recommend Scott as a Realtor.
