Saw a clerk lady yelling and shouting at an old Punjabi Lady just because She was alone and couldn't speak English. Other patients had to help her because the clerk kept on insulting her was loud on the patient. Another Male clerk was proud of her and was encouraging her by saying that's her Job to be loud and frustrated. Better to hire people who can speak Punjabi and know how to stay calm and respectful. Terrible Management. I'll appreciate if this can stop Please. Thank you
I'm posting regarding my experience with parking at this plaza, absolutely ridiculous! First off parking is very difficult and then u charge on top of that to park! As for medical imaging, I drive out to the Richmond location
