The staff here is amazing. They are extremely accommodating and communication is so well. All the therapist make me feel good every time i leave. I just wanted to point out that Amy has always just been amazing, so welcoming and warm. She makes sure I get an appointment when needed, and that you guys know that she is the sweetest front desk staff you have!

So we have unfortunately had to use premier orthopedics multiple times the last few months due to our daughters ankle injuries. Thankfully nothing serious. We have used Premier Ortho in Media, Premier Ortho in Broomall. However the people at this branch are the rudest, least helpful, and incompetent staff we have dealt with. They are not aware of the doctors who are on staff, results sitting in there que, and refuse to give the simplest of information. I do want to be clear. I've used Premier Orthopaedic urgent care on several occasions and I have always been pleased with their service. I like that they can x-ray right at the faciliity.

I decided to get a second opinion. I called to ask for my records to be sent to the new doctor for my appointment and was told its normal policy to give the office 5-7 business days and that the records woman would not have time to send them today. At this point I drove to Pottstown to collect my records myself so I could bring them with me. I arrived at Premier Orthopaedics at Pottstown at 10:20am on Thursday, July 1, 2021. My first reaction to dealing with Premier Ortho was positive. I got in easily, liked the doctor (Dr. Citara), and found that it was convenient to my home. Then I became a patient there and a new reality settled in. The infrastructure--the folks who take calls, schedule appointments, and answer your questions--is awful. Horrible medical staff. If you have any questions before or after your appointment his staff are rude about asking the dr anything for you. After speaking with his medical assistant today I didnt even schedule an app since if Dr Chou has such a horrible assistant he cant be a good dr, good drs dont have horrible medical assistance that dont ask the dr questions for you. I hope you dont have any questions since his medical assistant is too lazy to ask him.

I was seen by Dr. Monaco for a stress fracture in my foot. He was great, very nice, caring and informative. I saw him again for my follow up appointment and my experience was just as great as the first. I will highly recommend him in the future.
