I made an appointment with Dr. Ritterman as one of his specialities was shoulders. He looked at my MRI and said he could not help me, as I had arthritis. He never palpated or asked me to move my arm or did any kind of physical exam. He told me to rest my arm for a month and then as I walked out the door he gave me exercises to do. I called his office three times to clarify if I should rest my arm or do the extensive exercises and no one returned my call. I was not at all impressed and obviously will not go back.
