Was apprehensive of my medical condition and meeting Dr. Richard for the first time, he not only was extremely explanatory and compassionate. Since diagnosed a year ago, I have not felt comfortable however, after this exam and dialogue with Dr. Richard, I have never felt better in the last year. Is extremely knowledgeable and explain in detail everything. Very confident, having him as my physician
On April 7th I found out I had cancer the worse Day of my LIFE! I couldn’t think straight! I was given a referral from my OBGYN for Dr. Scott.. when I called his office Lisa answered the phone THE SWEETEST LADY EVER!! Dr Richard was nice on the first visit, very pleasant. He suggested a hysterectomy and a convo surgery with the uro gynecologist, surgery was set for june and everything, I then decided to not go through with the uro gynecologist surgery and all of a sudden Dr Richard's office, Lisa called me to tell me Dr could not do the surgery, because of the insurance coverage. Dr Scott Richard you are one of a kind . I said to my family that God prepared you to care for others . The honesty and care you give to me and other patients is phenomenal. I love summit medical group, every one is very knowledgeable and professional! Even if my drive is over 30 minutes away I’m always excited to get to appointments! It’s a wonderful feeling to be heard!
