Jeff Arenz was professional and proactive throughout the entire process. I needed a realtor who would facilitate the processing of selling a house from a decedent's estate, and he never missed a beat- from working through CE & DTE issues, showings during torrential rain, and helping me locate keys for a tractor AFTER the sale. Thanks Jeff!

Tim did a great job in establishing a fair value for our home and sold it quickly. His professionalism and integrity were highly valued and we would definitely recommend Tim and his team.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Timothy with both the purchase of our dream house and with the sale of our old house. On both fronts, he and his associate Justin were outstanding - very transparent with clear step by step communication. Thoroughly professional guiding us all the way through both transactions.
