The doctor was nice, however, I came for him to resolve a problem for me . He said they will check with ,y insurance and contact me back. No one contacted me. Problem is still here, wasted my time and money and the insurance money for Zero solution.

Dr. Littrell is the best, I have flat feet, Dr. Littrell has treated me for 3 yrs. I would not go to anyone else. He takes the time to inform you of your problems and offers a variety of solutions, explaining each option & gives his advice.
Dr Scott Littrell is a wonderful Doctor who explains everything very well and takes his time to listen to my concerns. I also took my 6 year old granddaughter to see him. I am so glad I did!! Dr. Littrell is knowledgeable and pointed out a few things that I was unaware of!! He's a blessing to our family!! I highly recommend him!!
The office staff at Dr Littrell’s office is very unprofessional, not helpful and rude. My husband WAS a patient of Dr Littrell and I commented to him on our first visit that his receptionist needed retrained on her customer service skills. Today a phone conversation with her proved to me her personality is the problem. She does not represent his office well. I will be finding a new podiatrist.
