I have been a patient of Dr. English for a few years. The staff, especially, has always worked with me when scheduling appointments and ordering my prescriptions in an extremely efficient manner. Recently I have been seen by Eileen Davidson, PA-C. I find her to be extremely knowledgeable and caring and with her help I have reduced my blood pressure medications to just one. I have been a patient of Dr. English and his staff since 2008. I have seen both he, Dr. DeBruno, Jophin-APRN, Anyeli-APRN and Eileen-PAC over the years and am so happy I have providers that care about what they do and know that how they treat patients matter. Dr English's office is staffed with efficient and professional workers. They are the best I've seen. From the front desk to the exam room. Everyone is very thorough and truly cares. It makes waiting to be seen worth the while. Every time I leave my doctor's office I know I have been taken care of the best and can reach out to them anytime I may need them. I recommend this practice a million times over!
The best doctor the best doctors staff, the best office staff, people complain about the wait, but when you get in to see Dr English you know you've seen a great physician because of the time he spends with his patients , he's did that for years I know because I've worked with him in the field as well and I've been a patient of his for several years now, I know when it comes to waiting a moment you still get the best care in town that's when you know you have a great doctor!
I have been a patient of Dr. English for the last 25 years, he is very attentive with all medical issues, pains, concerns. I highly recommend Dr. English his bedside manner and his willingness to help even if it's the weekend make him by far the best family doctor I have seen.
Very rare to have a doctor that will take their TIME with you and actually listen to your concerns and needs. His warm personality along with his medical experience make me feel confident in the level of care that is being received and feel that all my concerns are addressed. I am very pleased with staff as well and have a sense that this is not your regular "run in and check out clinic". I see this practice run more as a family and that is something I appreciate. Great healthcare provider who attends patient with excellent detail and a traditional approach of dedicated time to listen to the concern of the patient.He tailores a treatment plan that addresses the medical condition in its totality without unnecessary guess work. Dr. English’sassessment is not limited to the conditions of his patients, he also has an opened ear to listen as a personal friend and to provide beneficial guidance about the many difficulties that accompany different conditions.
Dr. English is an excellent physician that cares for his patients. Some of the staff has been there for years and a few are new, they are courteous and very competent.
He takes care of his patients, but his office staff is incompetent. Expect to wait 2 hours before you are even seen by a nurse, then an even further wait to be seen by the doctor
