Do not make the mistake of moving into a propperty managed by this company without reading the rental agreement very carefully and doing a complete walk through of the property before signinging anything. They do not like to give back deposits and they do not care if the rental is in a sorry condition. If you sign the agreement, they will charge you for anything and everything they can regardlees of wether or not you found the property that way. Easily one of the worst property management companies I've ever worked with. Unresponsive, refuses to do basic maintenance, fails to fix major issues like water damage and mold. Hire them if you want to get sued by tenants for making properties dangerous and unlivable.

As a property owner I had a very poor experience with Scott Properties. The company is terrible with communication. The company refuses to enforce half of the lease or more and they do not ensure the tenants are in compliance with the lease terms. I had to call and email several times to get the company to complete a biannual inspection of the property and still it took them four months. They did a poor half hazard job of conducting home inspections and miss damages and issues. As a homeowner I do not recommend this company.... read more
So much to say about this piss poor company. Let's start with the dreadful move in. Disclosure.... anything I say I have plenty of pictures and emails to back it up! Upon move in the place had a dreadful smell followed by dead bugs greeting us at the door. Cracks in the walls, on the ceilings, in the tub, everywhere! In the windows it was dead bugs and because of the holes and cracks all around the house bugs got in frequently! I mean all types of bugs and unknown creatures.
