Recently purchased my building, and has been a complete nightmare since the second they took over. I would put these guys on Jared Kushner's level of complete slumlord behavior. If you're looking to rent an apartment they manage, stay a million miles away! First, they removed our Dumpster for 10 days while trash piled up in the garage. No notice given to us. ***** Properties Group Inc. was found by the the City of West Hollywood to be in violation of the Rent Stabilization Ordinance. Specifically, the company was illegally charging all tenants water/utilities in violation of the RSO instead of complying with the City ordinance requiring a water meter be installed so each tenant pays their fair share of utilities.
