Dropped off my pickup. They had it for 5 weeks. I’m very patient, coming from a customer service background. Through several phone calls, I was informed of pricing on certain items and services. Throughout the entire process, I had always said that my budget was 5-6k. I stated several times not to exceed 7k. The service manager went on vacation or was off for the two weeks prior to me picking it up, and when I did come in to pick it up I got handed a bill for $12k. Cassie the service representative was amazing I was traveling out of state when I had an issue with my truck she went above and beyond to get my truck repaired the same day.
Service team is awesome got my truck in right away. Had the new transmission in the truck in just one day. Thank you have much service team recommend you guys to everyone!!
