I do not like to leave reviews if I have had unplealant experience with a company. With that be said, I cannot recommend anyone use this MyEyeDr location. The receptionist is completely unprofessional and frankly extremely inappropriately rude and demeaning to both myself and my family. Business should never be conducted in that manner. No matter how professional I stayed, I continued to be engaged in a disrespectful and demeaning way. Please avoid this establishment. Customers deserve better.
I have been discriminated from your 2 front ladies. I’m deaf. I requested for Interpter 2 weeks ago they told need 2 week advance to get Interpter I said sure then Oct 15 my appointment at 1120a and 2 ladies told need they not have no Interpter for me it my responsibility to get Interpter.
